Returns and Exchanges Policy
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. For a valid return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Please note that for returns and exchanges not caused by our fault, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted For:
- The product has quality issues.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect delivery – the item received does not match the item ordered. Returns or exchanges are allowed as long as the product does not affect resale.
Items Not Eligible For 14-Day Free Return:
- Personalized or custom-made goods.
- Used products (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
- Products with visible wear on the item, functional parts, or accessories.
- Missing or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding normal unboxing) that affects resale.
- Other items unsuitable for return due to their nature, as confirmed by you at the time of purchase.
- Other situations where the item is not in proper condition for resale.
How to Apply for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons
Within 14 days of receiving the item, please email our after-sales service center with your request, provided the product does not affect resale. Our customer service will review your request within 1–3 working days. The customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges due to quality issues
Within 14 days of receiving the item, please email our after-sales service center at service@us.outdoor-mall.com. Our customer service will process your application within 1–3 working days. All shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by us.
Refund Process
After returning the item within 14 days of receipt, please send the package directly via a courier service. Once the courier confirms delivery to us, we will be notified and begin processing your refund.
We will complete the refund within 15 working days after receiving the returned item.
