Your order will be handled and delivered by our professional sales and delivery team. We carefully adhere to your scheduled delivery time, assist with product setup, provide consultation on your purchased items, and demonstrate how to use them.
Shipping cost: Free of charge for all customers.
The total order fulfillment time consists of two parts:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 7–10 business days
We arrange scheduled delivery times based on your availability, and provide in-home product setup and demonstration.
Depending on your ordered items and required demonstration, the on-site service usually takes around 30 minutes.
All deliveries on this website are handled by our designated courier service.
We do not accept deliveries via other courier companies or unspecified carriers.
We only deliver to the countries listed above; deliveries to other overseas regions are not available.
Please note that order cancellation is no longer possible once the goods have been dispatched.
